EL TORO is a character created by Frost215 and first appeared on a sticker in 2004. Frost215 created EL TORO as a way to distinguish himself apart from the traditional Philadelphia "Tall hand or Wicked" Style of graffiti. He was tenacious and blindly ambitious in making EL TORO's presence known in Philadephia and soonly after the rest of the globe. Since then he has had the great opportunity to showcase in several art shows and even had a few solo shows. Frost215 has even inpsired other artists in Philadelphia to create a character and make their art available to the public for free via stickers on the street.
Currently Frost215 is too busy to hit the streets, he is focusing on curating art shows with group and solo shows around the country. He also works on developing illustrations for clothing lines and currently working on a documentary called "Famous Anonymous". This documentary covers the rise of character sticker art in Philadelphia and features EL TORO and the rest of the Sticky Bandits.
